Summary
Greg Heffley is in big trouble。 School property has been damaged， and Greg is the prime suspect。 But the crazy thing is， he’s innocent。 Or at least sort of。 The authorities are closing in， but when a surprise blizzard hits， the Heffley family is trapped indoors。 Greg knows that when the snow melts he’s going to have to face the music， but could any punishment be worse than being stuck inside with your family for the holidays？

Not the best diary of a wimpy kid。 Still good like the others。 Seems like the story was all over the place with one problem and then another coming before the other one even has a solution。 Still a good book and would definitely read again。

I've had Cabin Fever on my bookshelf for more than two years now I think， so I thought it's about time I picked it up。 The book's got a wintery/Christmas-y feel and setting too so I thought this is the right book to read just before the year's over！ I finished Cabin Fever in one sitting， was a fun read and got me laughing a countless times。 I enjoyed Greg's humour and found the illustrations very entertaining， absolutely loved it。But if you are an observant person， you would notice that the "big I've had Cabin Fever on my bookshelf for more than two years now I think， so I thought it's about time I picked it up。 The book's got a wintery/Christmas-y feel and setting too so I thought this is the right book to read just before the year's over！ I finished Cabin Fever in one sitting， was a fun read and got me laughing a countless times。 I enjoyed Greg's humour and found the illustrations very entertaining， absolutely loved it。But if you are an observant person， you would notice that the "big trouble" and "school property has been damaged and Greg is the prime suspect。" and "When a surprised blizzard hits， the Heffly family is trapped indoors。" which are the book's summary， all begins starting from page 135 and by then you're more than just halfway through the book。I laughed a whole lot more reading the pages before 135 than I did when I reached and bypassed it。 All in all， this book was a fun read and I definitely recommend it to anyone I guess？ Unless you're one of those people who can't laugh easily while reading a kid's book， then this one's just not for you。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 I really liked this one except for the fact that I couldn’t tell if Greg actually believed in Santa or if I missed the part where it was when he was younger。 Anyway I definitely felt for them at the end of the book。 We just had about two weeks of being stuck inside due to ice and snow and luckily no one turned our power off。 What a little jerk of Manny to shut off every other room in the house but it was pretty funny。 I am excited to start the next one！

I just absolutely love the character design in this series。 Just look at Manny， and how his design seems to convey both a human child but also some kind of goblin creature that wouldn't have the same impact on the story if he looked like a miniature version of Greg。 Really happy with Greg in this one， when he decided to take one for the team and not rat out Rowley after Rowley ratted him out for the vandalism， that was pretty cool of him and I might say， a beginning of a character arc where Greg I just absolutely love the character design in this series。 Just look at Manny， and how his design seems to convey both a human child but also some kind of goblin creature that wouldn't have the same impact on the story if he looked like a miniature version of Greg。 Really happy with Greg in this one， when he decided to take one for the team and not rat out Rowley after Rowley ratted him out for the vandalism， that was pretty cool of him and I might say， a beginning of a character arc where Greg learns to be a better friend maybe？ 。。。more
